The K-mart on Lake street in Minneapolis closed sometime this summer 2020. The looting and violence that followed the death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police accelerated the closing. Today you can admire the art around the outside walls of the building of K-mart. The building is going to be demolished in the future, taking these photographs will document how K-mart end their business in 2020. The camera I used is the Pentax 67 and two rolls of Ektar 100. Here are the photos from my photo-walk.

Here’s a video that I did when I was doing my photo-walk. I’m trying to learn how to incorporate video in my blogs too.

If you guys liked my photographs/video please give a “Like” This helps my webpage. Thank you.
